Amy Cameron, L.C.S.W.

Welcome. You’ve taken the first step.

I offer a collaborative, compassionate space where individuals, couples, and families can work toward healing, growth, and empowerment. With over a decade of experience in behavioral health, I’m here to help you move forward with clarity and resilience.

I am a licensed clinical social worker with advanced training in trauma-focused care, multicultural counseling, and complex clinical presentations. My approach is grounded in empathy, evidence-based practices, and a biopsychosocial understanding of each client’s unique experience.

From PTSD and neurodiversity to anxiety, grief, and family dynamics, my work is tailored to meet people where they are and help them access lasting, meaningful change.

I offer therapy for individuals, couples, and families. Areas of focus include:

  • PTSD & Complex PTSD
  • Anxiety & Depression
  • Grief & Loss
  • ADHD & Neurodiversity
  • Relationship & Family Issues
  • Personality Disorders
  • Life Transitions

Approaches used:

Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) | Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) | Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) | Strength-Based & Culturally Responsive Care

I bring clinical insight from work abroad with military families in Germany, to school-based trauma services in underserved U.S. communities, to outpatient therapy across the lifespan. My practice is rooted in connection, cultural humility, and evidence-based care.
