Her work in this field deepened her appreciation for the mental and emotional challenges patients face, as well as the remarkable resilience of the mind and body. Motivated to further explore this connection, she went on to earn her master’s degree in nursing from Nova Southeastern University, specializing in psychiatric mental health. She is passionate about supporting individuals navigating grief, loss, depression, and anxiety.
Jennifer brings a breadth of life experience shaped by an early career as a professional ballet dancer and time spent living in multiple states across the country. These diverse experiences have enriched her perspective and adaptability. Now rooted in North Carolina, she embraces the state’s natural beauty through activities such as kayaking and values the companionship of her dog, Charlie.
