Credentials And Training 

Ashley Chambers LRT/CTRS is an experienced clinician with an extensive background working in the mental health and substance use industry as a licensed and nationally certified recreational therapist. She graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a Bachelor’s degree in recreational therapy and is currently in the process of obtaining her Master’s degree in Health Care Administration. Recently, Mrs. Chambers has taken on a new role as the Business Development Operations Coordinator for a clinical research organization and has developed a passion for the efforts involved in CNS research, specifically inclusive of a wide range of psychiatric disorders.

Areas Of Clinical Interest

Mrs. Chambers is committed to delivering high-quality care to people in need of mental health services and is dedicated to striving to accomplish goals that will best benefit patients at any and every point of their journey. Her background in recreational therapy has provided her with the ability to develop strong leadership skills, effective communication skills, adaptability, and creative problem-solving skills. The majority of her experience has been in a variety of inpatient settings across North Carolina, inclusive of acute hospitals, residential care, and alcohol and drug abuse treatment centers.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, going to the beach, and do-it-yourself projects.
