Anne is a North Carolina and New York–licensed, board-certified therapist with over 25 years of clinical experience helping individuals and couples create meaningful, lasting change. She offers a warm, collaborative, and supportive therapeutic environment where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered.
Anne specializes in individual and couples therapy, drawing from evidence-based approaches including the Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She also integrates creative and expressive techniques when appropriate, providing multiple pathways for insight, emotional connection, and personal growth.
Her areas of focus include relationship conflict, communication challenges, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions. With extensive experience in both in-person and telehealth settings, Anne works closely with clients to develop practical tools, strengthen emotional bonds, and support healthier, more fulfilling lives.
Anne recently relocated to North Carolina, where she lives with her family. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys spending time in nature, crafting, and sharing life with her family and cat
