Zach serves as the Office Manager at MD Psychiatry & Emotional Health, where he oversees daily operations and plays an integral role in optimizing patient care services. He is responsible for coordinating administrative functions, enhancing workflow efficiency, and ensuring the practice operates smoothly and effectively.

Zach began his academic journey at Greensboro College, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences in 2022 while balancing the demands of being a full-time student-athlete on the basketball team. He later completed a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration at Florida International University in 2024.

He brings valuable hands-on experience in streamlining operational workflows, managing complex projects, and strengthening organizational systems. With a strong foundation in healthcare administration and regulatory compliance, Zach is highly skilled in scheduling coordination, records management, and implementing efficient administrative processes.

He is passionate about advancing mental health care through ethical leadership, operational excellence, and forward-thinking administrative practices that support both providers and the patients they serve.
