Zach is an Administrative Assistant at MD Psychiatry & Emotional Health, where he plays a key role in supporting daily operations and enhancing patient care services. He began his academic journey at Greensboro College, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences in 2022 while balancing the responsibilities of a full-time student-athlete on the basketball team.

 

He went on to complete a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration at Florida International University in 2024.

Zach brings valuable hands-on experience in streamlining operational workflows and managing complex, large-scale projects.

 

With a strong foundation in healthcare systems and organizational efficiency, he is well-versed in scheduling, records management, and regulatory compliance. He is passionate about advancing mental health care through ethical, efficient, and forward-thinking administrative practices.
