About Ben Barry

Benjamin Barry, FNP is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with Bachelor of Science degrees from Stony Brook University in Biochemistry and Nursing and an FNP degree from the University of Cincinnati in 2019. He moved to Raleigh, NC in 2015 from Long Island, New York. His expertise is in holistic assessment, evidence-based treatment planning across the lifespan, mind-body techniques, and lifestyle medicine. His mission is to provide compassionate, holistic, and evidence-based psychiatric care that combines the best of conventional psychiatric treatments with natural and alternative therapies to promote positive mental health and well-being. Outside of work, he enjoys exercising, nutrition, reading, hiking, meditation, and spending quality time with friends and family.
