Qadriyyah S. Joyner has over twenty years of experience in mental health compliance and regulatory standards. A native of Kinston, NC, she began her career with a strong focus on patient advocacy and ensuring providers meet the highest regulatory standards for care. Qadriyyah holds a bachelor’s degree in justice studies from NC Wesleyan and a master’s degree in general administration from Central Michigan University (CMU).

Throughout her career, she has gained extensive experience in diverse inpatient settings across North Carolina, including acute hospitals and residential care facilities, and has successfully managed her own mental health consulting firm. She is deeply committed to guiding providers through state and federal regulatory requirements to ensure patients receive quality care. To further her expertise, she is currently pursuing her CHC certification.

In her leisure time, Qadriyyah enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, gardening, and traveling.
