Isabella is one of our dedicated Medical Assistants at MD Psychiatry & Emotional Health. She primarily supports Spravato treatments, working closely with both providers and patients to help ensure a comfortable and exceptional experience throughout their care.
Isabella earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and pursued additional studies in Women’s and Gender Studies at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. During her time there, she served as a Research Assistant in the Stress and Behavioral Research Lab, where she focused on biopsychosocial relationships related to stress.
Before joining MD Psychiatry & Emotional Health, Isabella worked as an Inpatient Psychiatric Technician in the Behavioral Health Unit at Novant Presbyterian. Through this experience, she developed a strong background in working with patients across a wide range of acuity levels, with a particular interest and experience in adolescent behavior.
Isabella aspires to attend medical school and continue her education in psychiatry. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, going to the gym, exploring new coffee shops, and thrifting.
