Hailey offers a compassionate and collaborative space for individuals to identify their needs and goals, build resilience, and foster skills to help endorse sustainable changes. As an LCSW-A, her practice is firmly aligned with social work ethical standards, grounded in cultural humility, and informed by an understanding of systemic inequities and intersectionality that shape each client’s lived experiences.

Hailey is a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate. Her approach is rooted in empathy and respect, as she strives to create a safe and open space where clients can feel understood, valued, and empowered. From managing ADHD, depression, anxiety, and more, her practice is tailored to the unique needs of every client. She offers individual therapy to adolescents, adults, and seniors.

Hailey has three years of clinical practice experience at a Long-Term Healthcare Facility for Assisted Living and Memory Care, an Alternative High School for at-risk students continuing education, and the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center at the University of Miami. Her experiences have sculpted a multidimensional approach to meeting patients where they are and helping them get to where they want to be.
