Life can bring unexpected challenges, transitions, and experiences that leave us feeling overwhelmed or uncertain. My goal is to provide a welcoming, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences while working toward growth and healing.

I work with individuals and families navigating depression, anxiety, self-esteem and self-worth concerns, communication difficulties, family conflict, and the effects of trauma. I provide virtual and in-person services for children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and older adults.

My therapeutic approach is person-centered and strengths-based, recognizing that each individual has unique experiences, needs, and goals. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), tailoring interventions to best support each client's individual journey toward growth and healing.

I am passionate about creating an affirming and inclusive environment, particularly for LGBTQIA+ individuals, BIPOC communities, and other marginalized populations. I recognize that opening up and being vulnerable can be difficult, and I strive to meet each person with empathy, understanding, and acceptance. You deserve a space where you can feel heard, valued, and supported as you work toward meaningful change.
