Grace is passionate about helping others better understand themselves, heal from difficult experiences, and build a life that feels more authentic and manageable. She especially enjoys working with clients navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use and recovery, self-esteem, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. She strives to create a space where clients feel supported and understood while also feeling empowered to make meaningful changes.

Her approach is individualized, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that there is often more behind our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors than what we see on the surface. She incorporates Internal Family Systems (IFS), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered approaches to help clients explore patterns, process past experiences, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves.

Grace believes therapy does not have to be overly clinical or intimidating. Her goal is to meet clients where they are, help them make sense of what they are experiencing, and support them in building greater self-compassion, confidence, and trust in themselves as they move forward.
