Kayla is a Patient Coordinator who plays an important role in creating a smooth, welcoming, and organized experience for new patients. She helps guide patients through the intake process, answers questions, and ensures that each individual feels supported from their first interaction with the practice. Her friendly personality and attention to detail help make the transition into care as seamless and stress-free as possible.

Originally from Frederick, Maryland, Kayla enjoys spending her free time reading manga and playing video games. She values spending quality time with her family and friends and brings the same warmth and connection she values in her personal life to her work with patients.

Kayla also stays busy caring for her many pets, which include two cats, a dog, and five hermit crabs. While Marylanders are famously known for their love of crabs, Kayla’s hermit crabs are well cared for and definitely off limits. Her love for animals and laid-back hobbies reflects her fun, compassionate personality both in and outside of the workplace.
