Cale believes that healing comes through relationships. He has developed a deep passion for improving the relationships we have with our lives, ourselves, and others. He helps and supports clients in their process toward a calm, compassionate courage. He works with the young and older individuals in their adjustments to independence, change, and loss—believing that love, joy, and peace are near in all circumstances.

Harmonizing the thought-shifting skills of CBT, the emotional and somatic components of DBT, and the active practice of ACT, his goal is to help clients identify limiting beliefs and behaviors and replace them with positive, more effective ones in order to participate in more sustainable, healthy systems. He cultivates an environment where clients can bring all parts of themselves into the journey.

There is an old African proverb that says, “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” No shame; no shade cast either way. If and when someone is ready, he would be honored to pick up with them from where they are. May they—and by extension, those they care about—go far.
