Mercedes brings more than five years of administrative expertise to our team, with a strong focus on office management, human resources, and complex medical scheduling.

A graduate of North Carolina A&T State University, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Humanities and Dance. Mercedes’s diverse background enables her to oversee front-desk operations and support clinical tasks with exceptional organization, attention to detail, and compassion. Deeply driven by an interest in the science of wellness, she is currently preparing to continue her education in mental health and neurology to further support and serve our community.
