Olivia, originally from Columbia, South Carolina, began her academic journey at the College of Charleston, where she earned a degree in History. After completing her studies, she decided to explore her passion for culinary arts and trained as a pastry chef. This hands-on experience in the hospitality industry not only allowed her to express her creativity but also helped her develop strong managerial and customer service skills.

During her time working in downtown Charleston, Olivia built a solid foundation in leadership, daily operations, and team development. Her ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced environments has made her a reliable and resourceful team member. Currently, Olivia works as an administrative assistant, where she plays a key role in supporting daily office functions and ensuring smooth communication across teams.

She is also pursuing a degree in Human Resources, with a focus on employee relations and organizational development. With a unique combination of experience in hospitality, management, and diversity & inclusion training, Olivia brings a well-rounded and thoughtful approach to her work. Her diverse background gives her a deep understanding of both people and process, making her an asset to any team she supports.
