Olive is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of progressive experience in nursing and healthcare leadership. Her background spans acute care, long-term acute care, hospice, home health, and care management settings. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a PMHNP from Walden University and is deeply committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based, and patient-centered psychiatric care in both outpatient and telehealth settings.

Olive’s clinical expertise includes comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, DSM-5-TR diagnostic formulation, psychopharmacology, suicide risk assessment, and therapeutic communication. She works collaboratively with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, and complex psychosocial stressors. Her approach emphasizes culturally responsive care, shared decision-making, and strong therapeutic relationships.

Outside of her professional role, Olive is married to her husband, and together they share a blended family of five adult children. As new empty nesters, Olive and her husband enjoy the companionship and energy of their dog, Bentley.
